We reserve the right to modify or cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives or provide a refund of program fees, excluding non-refundable expenses already incurred.

4. Program Participation

As a participant in our study abroad programs, you are expected to comply with the rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by NSFSS and our partner institutions. You are responsible for your own behavior and must respect local customs, laws, and cultures during your program.

5. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, you acknowledge that certain risks are inherent in travel and program participation. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate health insurance coverage and follow any health and safety guidelines provided by NSFSS.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with our website, program materials, and resources, belong to NSFSS or our partners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of these materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

NSFSS and its affiliates, partners, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NSFSS is located. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NSFSS regarding your use of our website and participation in our study abroad programs, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
