Refund Policy

Please review the following refund guidelines:

Refund Percentage:

The refund amount is based on a depreciating scale, determined by the proximity of the course start date. Please refer to the following schedule:

– 100% refund: Withdrawal within 90 days of the program start date.

– 70% refund: Withdrawal within 60 days of the program start date.

– 30% refund: Withdrawal within 30 days of the program start date.

– No refund: Withdrawal less than 30 days after the program start date.

Any refund considerations outside the above schedule shall be done at the sole discretion of NSFSS.

1. Non-Refundable: Please note that if you withdraw after the course period has started, you will not be eligible for any refund. Additionally, any fees paid for application processing are non-refundable.

2. Postponement Requests: Requests to postpone your participation in a session must be made at least 30 days before the program start date. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of NSFSS.
